Share On-Hold Data With Private URLs

When you first submit and 'commit' data to PubChem, even if has a delayed public release, you are assigned stable identifiers for your Substance (SID) and BioAssay (AID) records.  These identifiers prove that you have submitted data to PubChem even if it is not yet publicly viewable.

During this 'on-hold' period, you may wish to give selective access to outside people such as collaborators or grant administrators without giving them full access to your upload account.  You can dynamically create unique, private URLs to individual bioassay and corresponding substance submissions to share with reviewers and collaborators by logging into your account.

Click on the Assays > In PubChem tabs, mouse-over your submission in the list and click the On-Hold Access button.

At any moment you can delete access to these URLs during the on-hold period.  Note that whoever obtains this URL can view your submission until you invalidate it.
