PubChem Cell Lines

The PubChem Cell Line presents PubChem data associated with a given cell line. You can access a PubChem Cell Line page via a URL of this form:


where CELL_LINE is the name of a cell line.  It can be a common name or a database identifier.  For example, the following URLs lead to the PubChem Cell Line page for HeLa:                     (by name)           (by Cellosaurus identifier) (by ChEMBL identifier)


Programmatic access

The annotation data presented on the Cell Line page can be downloaded programmatically through PubChem's REST-like interface called PUG-View

The PUG-View request URLs contain a cell line name or a database identifier, as shown in the following example:
